Access Transport Node (ATN)

Access transport nodes aggregate traffic from cell sites or access equipment and forward it towards the core network.

What is Access Transport Node (ATN)?

The term is used by some vendors, such as Huawei, for compact IP/MPLS routers at the access layer of mobile backhaul networks.
