AI Management System (ISO/IEC 42001)
ISO/IEC 42001 is the international standard, published in 2023, that sets requirements for an organisation's AI management system, and organisations can be certified against it.
What is AI Management System (ISO/IEC 42001)?
It follows the same structure as management system standards such as ISO 27001, covering policy, roles, risk and impact assessment, lifecycle controls and continual improvement.
How it works
Organisations implement its requirements and Annex A controls, then undergo audit by an accredited certification body.
