Bletchley Declaration
The Bletchley Declaration is a statement signed by 28 countries and the EU at the UK's AI Safety Summit at Bletchley Park in November 2023, recognising risks from frontier AI and agreeing to cooperate on safety.

Signatories included the US and China. It launched a series of summits in Seoul (2024), Paris (2025) and India (2026).
How it works
It commits signatories to identifying shared risks and building risk-based policies.
