Combined Charging System (CCS)

The Combined Charging System is a charging standard combining an AC plug with two extra DC pins in one connector, the standard for DC fast charging in Europe.

What is Combined Charging System (CCS)?

CCS2 is based on Type 2 and CCS1 on Type 1.
