At the Robotics Summit & Expo 2025 in Boston, NexCOBOT showcased its EtherCAT AI Robotic Controller, a dual-master system on a single printed circuit board (PCB) integrating AI, motion control, and safety features for industrial automation, manufacturing, and logistics. The controller complies with ISO 10218 safety standards, enabling precise position and speed monitoring, simplifying certification, and reducing costs. Developed with Intel and BlackBerry’s QNX, it supports applications like factory automation and robotic material handling, alongside smart peripherals like actuator modules and EtherCAT Servo Drives.
