120-Metre Height Limit

The 120-metre height limit is the maximum height above the closest point of the ground at which open-category drones may normally be flown in the UK and EU; the US equivalent under Part 107 is 400 feet.

What is 120-Metre Height Limit?

The limit keeps most drones below crewed aircraft. Exceptions exist near tall structures and for authorised operations.
