Prompt
A prompt is the input, usually text, that a user gives a generative AI model to tell it what to do or produce.
What is Prompt?
Prompts can include instructions, questions, examples and documents. The same model can give very different results depending on how a prompt is worded.
How it works
The prompt is tokenised and placed in the model's context window, and the model generates a continuation conditioned on it.
