Main Lobe
The main lobe is the direction in which an antenna radiates most strongly, carrying the intended signal.
What is Main Lobe?
An antenna's radiation pattern usually has one dominant lobe pointing where the energy is wanted. Its width, measured in degrees, shrinks as more radiating elements are added to an array, which concentrates the signal and increases gain towards the target.
