A model card is a short document that describes an AI model's intended use, performance, limitations, evaluation results and ethical considerations.
What is Model Card?
Proposed by Google researchers in 2019, model cards are now standard practice for major releases and support regulatory documentation duties.
How it works
The developer records model details, training data summary, evaluation results across groups and known risks in a standard format.
