Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP)

Remote SIM provisioning is the GSMA framework for downloading, enabling, disabling and deleting operator profiles on an eUICC over the air.

What is Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP)?

Instead of posting a SIM card, the operator prepares a profile on its SM-DP+ server, and the device fetches it, typically after scanning a QR code or via a discovery service. The source file is the abbreviation list of GSMA SGP.25, the protection profile for consumer eUICCs.
