Service Level Agreement (SLA)

A service level agreement is a contract that sets out the level of service a provider must deliver and what happens if it falls short.

What is Service Level Agreement (SLA)?

SLAs usually set targets for availability, fault repair times, latency and throughput, with remedies such as service credits if they are missed. They are standard for business connectivity, leased lines and wholesale products, and central to network slicing offers.
