User Equipment (UE)
User equipment is the 3GPP term for any device that connects to a mobile network, such as a phone, tablet, modem or IoT module.
What is User Equipment (UE)?
The UE includes the device and its SIM or eSIM. 3GPP specifications define UE capabilities and categories so that the network knows what each device can do.
