Leased Lines Access

Leased lines access is the regulated wholesale market for dedicated, uncontended connections between a customer site and an operator's network.

What is leased lines access?

Leased lines are point-to-point circuits, typically Ethernet over fibre, with guaranteed symmetrical bandwidth and strong service levels. Ofcom treats the access part of these circuits as a separate market from mass-market broadband (WLA) and from links between exchanges (IEC).
